Daily Diet

Well, here is my daily routine before dinner.
Morning: Oatmeal with either banana or some craisins.
Lunch: Field Green Salad with two portions of Chicken, low calorie dressing.
Usually I got to the gym after work for 1hr and do 30min of Cardio and 30ish minutes of weights.
