Making Ubuntu 22.04 Faster

Why I setup my server to boot on power. So I want to boot and run as quickly as possible to minimize downtime due to reboots or power-outages. It happens more than I’d like. Set vm.max_map_count to no less than 262144 (one time configuration) # Run once, loses setting after reboot.
